get a job with a real estate outfit in some capacity.. beef up credit and get paid to learn.. also add to your cash.right now financing is pretty much 700 fico plus for investors.. unless your doing hard money.

My beef is not with $685.

You will most likely have to sister in some new joists to beef them up.

Personally, I would be following @Marc Winter advice on beefing up a website.

Dont get me wrong, you have a legitimate beef on what happened to you....I dont discount that at all.

Don't try to beef up your fee by stripping them of a good profit.If you have a good deal in hand and a lot of vetted buyers, your concern about not being able to assign your contract will quickly vanish. 

Our biggest beef with section 8 in the OKC metro is the length of time it takes to get an inspection and then the wide range of items that some inspectors will pass and others fail.

I'd bet some restaurant somewhere is serving horsemeat letting people think it's beef too.

It's a little more of an expensive product but like I said earlier, since the square footage in the bathrooms was so small I felt like we could use some higher end stuff to beef them up a little bit.
