Hey @Andrew Katz - How do you feel about Turnkey rental investment props in the South Bend, Indiana area - about 1.5 hours from Chicago, close to Notre Dame U, workmanship is beautiful and about 4% rental appreciation annually and purchase price under $200k.

Apart from that I pay him an excellent bonus if the house sells more than my original ARV because of his beautiful finishing.

Hey folks,I have a beautiful STR in southern Vermont that I've owned for a little over 2 years.

It's a gorgeous loft with beautiful furniture, lighting, great location, and below market rate but I still can't find a tenant.

My husband, Dalton Pathkiller, and I, have been together for almost 3 years, married for 2, and we have two beautiful daughters.

So, if your investors absolutely want to invest in Costa Rica and maybe be able to tell others that they're (part-)owner in a beautiful Costa Rican property, it might make sense for them to invest alongside you.However, as an investor, all that matters to me are figures and there and I don't have to own properties in Costa Rica.
