It was a battle getting them to agree to the Purchase price so I highly doubt they will budge lower, especially with closing scheduled soon. 

Needless to say, It is a constant battle picking-up leaves, sticks, and twigs.The tenants do not speak English and have created issues in the past with caused by raising chickens, large tropical birds, pot belly pigs, etc,.

I've been battling an AC condenser freezing up for the past 2 years.

G'Day folks,I've been in this scared niche called "turnkey" since 2014.There are many battle stories and wounds to share but we are still chipping away lol3,000+ investor calls over the last 10 years and I feel that our beloved niche might be dead...

Without the resources to spend the money and time to find off market deals, do proper due diligence, and to fix the problems that will come from "deals" that likely have issues preventing them from going to market, it's an uphill battle for most.

This kitchen is a battle you can choose to confront or sidestep but don't blow money trying to do half a job and get no return.  

This battle gonna be bigger than Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul ya'll.

Not to say it can't be done, but it will be a uphill battle. 

I feel your pain; I have also had to battle (at times) with my wife to hold on to my long term rentals!
