I'm looking to attend one of the monthly meet ups soon to help with networking.

I'm particularly interested in:Finding Mentors: Connecting with seasoned investors who can offer guidance and insights.Networking with Professionals: Meeting real estate agents, lenders, contractors, and other professionals who can contribute to successful deals.Exploring Joint Venture Opportunities: Collaborating with other investors on potential projects.Learning About Local Market Trends: Gaining a deeper understanding of the real estate dynamics in these areas.I'm open to attending local real estate meetups or cash flow groups.

There were about 100 people attending.

I often look at them and think if they can do it, probably I can have some level of success too.Other key info I may have left out above:1) I am not in the US, and have no plans to visit or move there2) I am not a US citizen, but possibly have a credit history there (maybe none) since I attended university there many many years ago3) I am completely new to real estate - I've been reading crazily and consuming lots of content.

I'm new to RE and I'm interested in attending some quality meetups. 

Do look up REIA meetings in your area and start attending them.

Work with experienced local realtors, attend investor meetups, and use tools like Zillow, Redfin, and Rentometer to analyze potential properties.Good luck!

In my devious mind, I thinking like you that I hire a parking attendant, install gates and charge an entrance fee if I bought it. 

Alternately, if you’re going to do this at volume, and you’ll have to since margins here are thin, I would attend some of the lender conferences.
