Over time, you can quickly assess whether a deal is even worth further analysis before diving into detailed underwriting.

If my deal didn't work out or didn't work out the way I expected, I'd do an analysis of what went wrong and switch only if the market doesn't suit my needs. 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

In my analysis the cost for an ADU in kern county would run about $85K and I have saved about 75% of that right now.
