Most real estate agents actually do not have the need to go into an office to close transactions and meet clients at either a natural location or at the properties they are showing or listing. 

The chlorine goes into the water and the sodium builds up on the titanium plates which is why the cartridge eventually has to be replaced.These systems don’t actually measure how much chlorine is in the water or how much is needed.

I think your expectations are out of line with reality in many ways.

I believe San Diego is a great RE market but the reality is it is very competitive and most purchases have negative initial cash flow.  

Officers all too often think the know the law simply because they wear a badge, when they actually know a lot less than most folks. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Has anyone here closed an actual deal with Elite Funding Group LLC or have any comments on their upfront fee request?

I keep reading about all the weird financing issues in this space so I wouldn't actually put money in until mid 2025 or later.
