There is so much free content out there that can teach you about guest services, software, vendor management, and so on.

Many of your PM clients will eventually want to sell, and many of your buyers (especially investors) will need PM services down the road.

I do understand being selective on the type of buisness you take, but as an agent we still have a fiduciary duty to our clients to make sure they receive the level of service this price requires. 

Boosting your score doesn’t take long, and there are services that can review your credit history and help you increase it within a couple of months.
