You won't sell it if you didn't get permits as most municipalities require you to get a CO or the buyers will do an OPRA request and see you didn't pull permits.If you did electrical or plumbing without a permit, the walls will need to be opened up to expose the work.You won't be ready to sell in 3 months.

we havent had much luck with co's like RedX or our Title rep providing good contact info , we recently engaged with a co that pulls data for wholesale, as the wholesale crowd seems to be getting through , hopefully that will help for circling prospecting and geo farming; we are starting a circle around our up coming listing, the listing will be priced at $500k and should stay below 600k, it'll be one of if not the least expensive livable detached home near civilization in the county by a big margin ,that should generate some activity; fingers crossed

I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

We will rent to folks with no rental history (with a co-signer) and with some criminal background, where others in our market won't.In low income you can often get tenants to leave when the money stops; we have not had to file an eviction yet.
