I also have a couple of tangential projects that might not always stay tangential - a video site that compliments any and all gyms I/we might own, and also might generate its own separate source of revenue (subscription based video), and a grappling tournament circuit I currently own 40% of.

We have a very strong short term rental market here with lots of snow birds coming out Jan thru March and we have big events in March and April (Tennis tournaments, Coachella, Stage Coach, etc.). 

The first 2 are very close to the Augusta National, which make them great rental properties for the Masters Golf Tournament.  

I'm in another state at a kids soccer tournament. 

.)* Near--or a reasonable Uber away from--attractions and events.Mesa draws a lot of larger families for sporting events and tournaments and to be near relatives.

If that market you should show ATV trail pictures, bonfire family feud night, jet ski tournament, Dutch oven chili cook off, etc.Whoever is handling your cattle have them switch to quality versus commodity.  

I'm so glad to hear about potential in Detroit, it has always been one of my favorite cities since visiting many times while growing up for ice hockey tournaments. 

It has 3 Marinas, multiple restaurants, 1000 miles of shoreline and has a University on the Lake.And host many top fishing tournaments such as Bassmasters.

This is right next to the BNP Paribas (tennis tournament) similar to US Open/ Wimbledon, that is held every year during March- this event gets more attention and larger every single year.

For instance, I am in the Augusta, GA market and we have the annual Masters golf tournament.
