I honestly prefer the pony wall, I have a toddler, and a baby on the way, and I don't want them to throw things down the stairs between the railing lol.

The property is in Ohio.Plumber eventually snaked the toilet and ended up having to remove the toilet from the drain to pull out a kid's extra large toddler plastic blocks so it's definitely not the current tenant's item (separated woman in her 50s who lives alone in the unit with no family visiting).

I expect more of the same to come, policies that are thought out to a toddler level of intelligence and foresight, focus on vote harvesting which as pointed out the middle class and investor class is not the majority of voter base unfortunately. 

So far, we've had one inquire for 9 (4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 toddlers) and another for 12 (6 adults and 6 kids... which sounds crazy to me). 

As a bonus, I also now have four teens with some skills instead of a house full of toddlers!!

I did this kitchen about five years ago the same way, the paint has held up great through toddlers, dogs, and a clean freak tenant who scrubbed the cabinets down with vinegar several times a week, lol.
