@Jeremy Thomas - there it is... the fear porn that a PMs love to post on self-management questions and I feel the need to controvert this because of any of the new or prospective landlords reading this and getting nervous.

Makes me wonder if it is a taboo subject or something.I'm a little worried with the current market climate that interest rates will continue to climb, especially for young inexperienced buyers like myself.

Generally I feel like IG would be used for Real Estate "porn" shots since it is photo based. 

It got turned back on without a fee or anything but it was a distraction and PIA.So, yes, beware.Besides downloading music and movies illegally, the bigger issue is if someone downloads things like child porn.
