Religion and The Porn Industry

Historically, churches and the porn industry have always been early adopters to the newest trends. Currently, it is trendy on wall street to buy up properties and hold them. Louisville is unique due to the low level of capital needed to purchase, the ability to cash flow, and get appreciation. Generally, I think this hurts the local economy, but it is great for investors. What are your thoughts?
