I do have a CPA and she said she needs to research this so I wonder if anyone here knows anything about prepaying the tax that's supposed to be due by the end of 2026.

Disbursements are supposed to paid the 10th of each month. 

For me, I had no goals but found that two of the deals that I did, the seller looked me up on FB and said that they felt good about me pretty much because they got to know me through videos / posts that I made and I suppose that it built trust with them. 

Suppose you bid and get it for 25k?

In that case you could be forced to refinance, I suppose.

We don't specify Frontline, Simparica or anything else, so I suppose the tenant could construe it broadly, but the point being that we expect tenants with animals to do their part to combat fleas. 

I suppose we could be lead to believe that relative to the $16k, your profit was enough to justify said fee.

It was supposed to be only  1 and once we dropped back to 1 we could instantly see the difference.

The odd thing is that the bank is supposed to me my partner.
