Hello All,What app/Managment software have you found success with for taking applications and managing tenants?

I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.

Unless the cash flow you would get from paying off the assets would better your day-to-day life.

With hardwork and ceasing opportunities we've managed to be part of this major asset and making it even better.

I'm partnered with an escrow agency that accepts crypto and is familiar with handling the asset.

Always had to jump through hoops but always had it based on the property / asset

Anyone trying to tell you a certain asset class is good or bad these days is probably trying to sell you something.

Nowadays, people can make paycheck stubs/W2's that look convincing so just make sure you invest in software that gathers verified information on applicants.
