@Eli Edwards Hey Eli, I have head of people doing this before.

Maybe it's in my head but sometimes there are two LVP advertised online with the same thickness, but in real life one feels obviously thinner/thicker.

I think it’s just crazy set of circumstances, but the wholesaler seems new to this and that he has gotten himself in over his head.  

Find a reliable team, offer fair pay, and keep them motivated to stick with you for future projects.That’s what I have off the top of my head.

There are many STRs that do quite well in the suburbs of major cityies Off the top of my head, I can think of one of the STRs we manage that is 40 mins outside of Dallas and it has a great occupancy rate.
