I recently received a flyer for a mortgage broker that does business in CA and NV and these are the terms its stated for Foreign National Program:-Rates starting at 7.125%-2nd home & Non owner occupied -No Income Verification -No Reserves -70% LTV-Passport only to qualify -International credit report or letter of good standing with current Financial Institution- Brokers can charge up to 6 points ( Steep if you ask me) Send me a message if you would like me to pass along the companies info.  

And why can he take it to the bank that it is written under with his passport and cash it?

Many don't have a social security number but they do have a passport.  

Trying to figure out if my Irish citizenship/EU passport will still allow residence/purchase in England and Scotland post-Brexit-- do you have any notion about that?

I would have paid thousands more just to be able to go, but I literally cannot do anything with an expired visa and a passport set to expire next month.

If they are not a citizen of the United States of America, one of the most probably reasons, if this is the case they should have an immigration number or passport with a Visa to live/work here.

Normally it's a driver's license, passport or other government issued photo ID.The notary stamp / seal is is their affirmation that the signature is genuine and the signer is properly identified.Why one form asks for a notarization and another doesn't is a question for an attorney.

So make sure to ask for copies of passport, visa, I-94 etc..again, I'm not an immigration attorney, just few things to consider I guess.
