Cleaning fees and other line items are revenue; its just a way of parsing out revenue to try to reel in customers. 

In today's day and age of social media, the Internet and super catchy reels and videos, attracting your attention to higher returns, promising life changing strategies and tips on how to quit your 9 to 5 job; A lot of people really neglect what real Real Estate investing is all about. 

So you're not really comparing apples to apples here.Also, most likely the syndication/crowdfunding deal you are comparing to is a completely different real-estate asset class than single family (i.e. probably multi-family,office, self storage,mobile home parks or something else).

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.  

This alone can dramatically reduce the page’s conversion rate.To make matters worse, the same issue persists on mobile devices.Conclusion: Don’t make it difficult for your visitors to leave their contact information.

I wish the map options were available on the mobile app as well though. 

Would mobile app access be critical for tenants?

To solve this, I built a custom mobile app to handle rent payments and due dates because no other management software can handle the payment schedules or turnover.

I can mobile deposit rent checks into the correct ones from the app, I can transfer money from any one account to another all from the app.
