This is mine:- Rent due on the 1st- Grace period until the 5th- After the 5th its $10 per day late feeOf the 6 tenants I have:- One pays on the 25th (of the prior month)- One pays on the 1st or 2nd- One pays on the 3rd or 4th- The other 3 pay on the 5thSometimes I have tenants pay late and pay the late fee.
