I've tried a couple - truepeoplesearch, white-ages, property radar, leadsherpa, batch leads...Some services are better than others, but it is a numbers game and you also can cross check between different platforms.

There are many here in my local area and your area is likely to have the same type of meetings.Most of the deals that I fund are by meeting investors in person at these groups and creating strong relationships. 

As a PRO member, I purchased this 8-week Momentum package two weeks ago and am still waiting for the Zoom Meeting information, as it starts tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.

Yes, these are great for meeting people and networking and learning.
