They're already there and given the holiday season, probably the traffic is light, so you can chat then up for 10-15m about the area, rental class, as well as any remarkable developments in the area that would positively impact that home/area.

Arthur - As I mentioned to another poster above, please call the SEC and give them all the details about your interactions with RADD, about company insiders looting their investment capital in the bright light of day through the use of multi million dollar promissory notes between the Mendenhall family and the company, that they've been paying their sales force in Ontario and Pennsylvania via 1099 and that a review of the real estate assets in Philadelphia newspaper and Texas that is subject to foreclosure litigation does not match up to what they should have been purchasing based upon what is described in their sales presentations.

We passed, but even little things like  string lights or not having a grate over the fire pit were big concerns.Overall the numbers in Fredericksburg are staying the same compared to 2022 in my experience.

Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?
