What I like to do is as I read each paragraph if there is something I need to take in action on, I will take a pink highlighter highlight those words and then draw a line from that out to the margin with a number circled.

On the positive side, at least in Massachusetts, there is a special paragraph of the law that applies to rooming houses / lodging houses, which enables just 7-days’ notice to start an eviction for cause of an offending tenant when they are doing something that is creating significant issues for their neighboring tenants (or the LL).

As a result of all of this, what's written in the paragraph above can easily be the outcome.- You may be charged back for something that was done months ago (that will catch you completely by surprise when you have no money left at the end of the month and may even owe them);- They also advertise vacant units on rental platforms with weird fees (which you'll find out later when looking for your unit's ad online).
