@Hal Thompson  in Oregon if you improve a property and the owner redeems your out to luck.the only thing that your allowed to do is protect the asset..

Btw I have to say my favorite episode is about the Miracle Morning from Hal Elrod.

Three books that have really helped change my mindset and help keep me actively engaged are "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and "Finish" by Jon Acuff.
