Account Closed It really depends on the auction most will claim they are occupied and to not disturb the tenants.

They don't disturb me, they don't knock on my door or ring my bell. 

There will be a lot of calls for disturbances, police calls.

Disturbing regulations and taxes that affect our business for sure.  

I also heard from another neighbor that the cops were called due to weekend disturbance after they moved in but I haven't verified it was these tenants causing the disruption.

The background: One of the duplexes I’ve got my eye on already has tenants in both units, and the seller has said she won’t disturb them to show the place until there’s an offer on the table.

I am on the board of two self managed HOA's (Lakeview /Wicker Park) and need assistance dealing with two separate issues:  #1 Noise disturbance in commercial space  #2 VERY delinquent assessments by a single owner Ive attempted to engage two firms already but somehow these issues seem to not be attractive to represent. 

You have to decide whether you will market it quietly and not disturb them in the process, showing the house to buyers via a ruse like "I need to show my partners or contractors", or just level with them and say you have decided that you don't want to hold the property and need to market it to other buyers, and will they please cooperate with your marketing plan?

The late nights can not continue, it is disturbing others.
