It reminds me of the TV ads that promote a drug to cure some minor disease. 

My dad in particular needs a sale to happen so he can retire as he's been living with the disease M.S. for quite some time. 

Basically, will the economic harm being created by the lock downs be worse than the disease itself?

This area is more difficult to grow in with more disease/pest pressure than the high plains AVA, but less than say East or North Texas.

It is a horrible disease and if it goes full blown (the day you close), you'll suffer sleepless nights, stress, lots of depressing road trips to your project, lost capital, and most likely be stuck with a rental house you won't want to own.
