Hey all, interesting opportunity came up for me as a co-host.

If you're looking to network with multifamily investors and service providers I host multiple events a month.

It would make a great area for hosting, and I think it would add a significant value to the Airbnb clients.

Now there is clear cut law that if wholesaler does not follow the rules they cannot tie up EM or cloud title etc etc..

I have my doubts about how much hosts are actually making.

Many times, hosts think the company or broker provided a STR policy just to find out when a claim is made there was a little sentence in the fine print that stated any STR activities canceled the policy out.

Please stop telling new STR hosts to only list on one platform.  

I suspect these hosts are buying off bad reviews.
