This isn't quite exactly the same thing as the theatre makes money from screening the movie itself and the food and beverages while a restaurant makes money off their cooked food, drinks and atmosphere.

I am able to do this by creating a company that builds out garages into movie theatres, custom murals, high-end design etc.

Do you understand if you do not underwrite as per the ATR Rules of Dodd Frank and the buyer brings you to court, you could owe a penalty as much as 36 monthly payments, down payment, court costs, and attorneys fees?

If it's anything like the small town theatres in my part of Oklahoma it would need a lot of work to be transformed to an apartment complex and that's only if there aren't zoning restrictions.

Our little town has 5K inhabitants yet has 5 "white table cloth" restaurants, including one which made the "top 10 desserts" list in Bon Appetit magazine this year.We have an 8 screen movie theatre, although a lot of movies that I want to see I have to drive to Austin, or wait for Netflix.
