The area I'm looking is Westover Hills, Alamo Ranch, the New Leaf homes at West Point - 78245, and any nice area homes located outside the 1604 loop in the square feet of 2500-ish in San Antonio TX.

At each property we give one of the tenants a $50 credit each month for cutting grass in the summer, leaf cleanup in the fall, shoveling the short sidewalks in the winter, keeping common area hallways & stairs cleaned up year round (vacuum/sweep every other week).
