The college girls are very sweet. 2 play sports on scholarship and work and have told me they pay their own way with their scholarship money, loans, work etc and have good references from previous landlord and credit score. 

If you can just turn boys to girls and vice versa there is nothing that cannot be done other then the limits of our technological capabilities.  

I was just gonna say, if you look at baby boomers, those who were in blue areas are probably going to be able to retire more comfortably than those who were in red areas. 

I had a new baby on the way, jobs had stopped coming in and I found myself solidly in a “what’s next” phase of life.

These are packaged up by brokers to look pretty, but make sure you read the fine print before you ask that girl to dance. 

Let’s hope the baby isn’t thrown out with the bath water.
