Zillow also hs a "Make Me Move" feature you can click on to see home owners listing their property in hopes of a good offer.I have also seen peopl reach out tp local AFL Assisted living facilities to talk to the Admin or on boarding nurse to see if ay families or people need to sell their home to cover costs.

I put his name on each license renewal, and I don't identify him as the owner or property manager...he essentially serves no purpose other than being a phone number within 60 miles of the residences.

If that person were to get hurt somehow and then expect you to pay the medical bills or become disgruntled in some way it is just a phone call to DOR, OSHA or L&I.
