@Ivan Vargas  just seems like a lot of work to raise 1 million dollars... which really is not much money in the grand scheme of most real estate developers and movers and shakers. but in certain markets were they are buying houses like a used car buyer  IE same price points I can see where a million would be meaningful

When I sold my home in another state, I wanted to stay an extra 7 days to close and coordinate with the movers and you’d think I asked for their first born.

I've been a member here for a while and actually live down the street from the man, the myth, the legend, Mr Brandon Turner himself in the wonderful albeit very strange town of Aberdeen, WA.

Go to REI meetings and network with all the major movers in your area.  

Find a Meetup and REI meetings, all the major movers in your area will be there.  

I have been checking a couple times a week on them and they have been packing and have movers set up so I know they will be out.

This concerns me because we cannot always control what the movers do.

The RE world however has always been full of the movers and shakers of the country and still is, so a little more competition, but there are less players coming up from the younger generation now....
