No, these 3 day workshops are different from weekend bootcamps.

Make sure your first one is a very safe investment don't think you will be retiring after your first investment. learn from the experience and move ahead from there.If you are ever near Pittsburgh please attend my monthly investor workshops in which I teach  new and seasoned investors.

His workshops are filled with a ton of useful and usable content.

They have been meeeting since 2000 and put on a wonderful program each month and some great workshops which include a wide array of speakers, topics, networking, etc. for both the beginning and seasoned RE Investor.

If you're new to Section 8, I highly recommend going to one of the City's free workshops; you can find one and register for free at this website: www.thecha.org.  

Then they make all their money off of their books and speaking engagements and workshops.

Going to work, shopping for groceries and, on the weekends, mowing the lawn taking care of the house and entertaining the kids.

I paid $200 for a 3-day workshop and since then I found BP and am about to start putting offers for my first rehab.
