This makes sense for high dollar transactions. 1m+A drop down LLC transaction is a better venue for this situation.

We are just working on the venue and specific dates.

For instance, the person who booked the rental for a wedding and the wedding was cancelled at the last minute or the U.K. couple who booked for two weeks and a few months before the booking she was in a horrific car accident.

And richer people don't mind paying for the Franklin venue.

Also there are many weddings during those months.

So they aren’t married but maybe they are like me and would rather invest their time and energy in their careers and financial future rather than plan a wedding :)
