My job is fully virtual, so I can live anywhere in the country but I will not get a COL increase.

It is both virtual and in person if you prefer.   

Your best may be to start one or find one virtually.

I had been using virtual assistants before, but once I saw they had property management feature, I switched over. 

GA REIA has a West GA/S Cobb group that meets monthly -- in person in Austell and virtual. 

@Joshua Viksman All the calls I get are from virtual assistants reading off a script.

PS: If you're really afraid you're going to fritter and waste your money away before you get a handle on things, take all/virtually all of it and put it in a 6 or 12 month CD at your local bank.

Almost all work virtually with clients. 

It's one thing to be virtual, but in person can help!
