Throwing tons of stuff out there to see what sticks is just simply not a good use of my time when I can spend that time making money.I would agree that if you are writing 100s of offers and nothing is landing than you should reassess your strategy.

I looked at a home two weeks ago (via photos from the agent) of a home that belonged to a prominent investor in the midwest that was "Occupied up until the Sheriff's sale in December" that looked un-inhabitable to me.
