That being said, they are extremely costly and expensive and generally do not make sense for smaller transactions. 

Extremely user friendly and have had multiple tenants compliment the ease of the software. 

Much less labor intensive if the walls are down to just studs.I have heard that the expense for a rewire inside the walls is extremely expensive and for most electricians it is. 

I listen to several real estate POD casts and i'v never heard of anyone talk about this topic which it seems (at least to me) to be an extremely important topic.business

I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

That said, while I think a great mentor is extremely valuable, Michael, we have hundreds to thousands of members on the site who came here because the quality of education that they got from a crappy mentor or guru wasn't worth a pack of gum.BiggerPockets isn't the answer for everyone.
