Even though I seem to be in the minority, whenever I see a listing that says no pets I consider it a plus, because it means my family won't have allergy or smell problems when we arrive.

Hi - If this were my property, which is already set up with the ring stuff, I would give the LTR tenant the account while they are renting. 

We launched out Land flip funding last year and that has gone VERY well .. to the point if it brought enough volume safely I would back off doing the BRRR stuff as that is such high demand staff time etc etc..

AirDNA is a real standard for this stuff, but don't forget you will compete against hotels too. 

For real estate investors, arriving to an accurate estimate is extremely hard.

We want to avoid that sort of mess, uncertainties and probate situations by addressing stuff with clarity up front.

I guess it could be, but I have seen some pretty scary stuff in cabins there.
