I used to mow her lawn and shovel her side walks.

What we have been finding is that many of the folks coming in to FL are pushed to these markets as they are able to find more affordable housing - and from a long term rental perspective, the rent rates are favorable to providing positive cash flow! 

Not that this is, but during the gold rush the ones that made the money were the ones selling denim and shovels. 

The shovel doesn't shape-shift to another size mid scoop.

Hi @Anthony Pascual - TX, AZ, and FL are all good markets for the most part and if you have family there I would focus in on them.

Go buy a $150 lawnmower and a $25 snow shovel.

I wrote  pretty much exactly one year ago that I paid my highest ever assignment fee  125k Well tonight I just got back from the planning commission meeting with a fully approved 90 lot subdivisionwhich my MAI  appraisal for the lots when shovel ready indicated the  value was  12,600,000   we are paying 7.4 million for this.I have 10 acres sold to retirement home developer for 2.2 million in  a double close transaction.so we are in the dirt ONLY 5.4 million.. 

Need someone for this coming snow season.Can anyone recommend a reliable man (company) with a shovel to do residential row houses sidewalk snow removal and salting for a few properties in Frankford area?

I saw MV from the time they turned the first shovelful of sand and if you got in at the very beginning and then sold in 2021-2023 you made a nice chunk of money, but everyone else is going to have their *** handed to them. 

And mowing their own lawn and shoveling their own snow is also standard for duplexes.
