I have done land subdivision and develpment, and have owned multi-family, as well as commercial property. 

We have a property manager, a low maintenance seeming tenant, and a house that's in pretty good shape. 

Looking to purchase an income producing ag property, farm and pasture land, that also has a massive gravel production site, over 20 acres of it (approximately 400,000 tons). 

I have lived in Puerto Rico since 2020 and I have invested in fix & flips, bed & breakfasts (2), a hotel, a triplex, a villa, a commercial complex and a large land development.   

And since you are looking to build legacy, typically that comes from building a buy and hold portfolio.I don't mean to assume that find land, getting it entitled as needed, and then building a property of any size is "easy", but with the added work often comes the potential for better returns, both in cash flow and value.  

I want tenants that pay on time and take good care of the property...... other than that I could not care less what their political views areUnless those displays are damaging your property in some way/shape/form, leave them aloneGo ahead and put it in your lease...... tell your tenants what the can/cant believe politically.... see how that goes.... hope you have a good attorneyWow... have we really come to this??

The home sits at the front of the land, so there is potential to add an ADU later in the future. 

I'd look at Roseville, Folsom, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, or if you buy in Sacramento, buy near hospitals, or in the better areas, Land Park, East Sac, Arden Park, etc.

I purchased about 2 acres of land in Winston County Al I went and looked at the property and its all completely wooded, but my question is could i go ahead and start clearing the timber off of it or should i wait until the redemption period is over with first?
