I'd look at Roseville, Folsom, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, or if you buy in Sacramento, buy near hospitals, or in the better areas, Land Park, East Sac, Arden Park, etc.

I purchased about 2 acres of land in Winston County Al I went and looked at the property and its all completely wooded, but my question is could i go ahead and start clearing the timber off of it or should i wait until the redemption period is over with first?

I started with an afternoon every other week, which was changed to an afternoon every week.So I put issues into 3 buckets: emergency (a pipe is leaking), within 24 hours (toilet running), and non-pressing (a door is not closing on its own), which is where most things landed and are handled that way.
