And since you are looking to build legacy, typically that comes from building a buy and hold portfolio.I don't mean to assume that find land, getting it entitled as needed, and then building a property of any size is "easy", but with the added work often comes the potential for better returns, both in cash flow and value.

I want tenants that pay on time and take good care of the property...... other than that I could not care less what their political views areUnless those displays are damaging your property in some way/shape/form, leave them aloneGo ahead and put it in your lease...... tell your tenants what the can/cant believe politically.... see how that goes.... hope you have a good attorneyWow... have we really come to this??

I started with an afternoon every other week, which was changed to an afternoon every week.So I put issues into 3 buckets: emergency (a pipe is leaking), within 24 hours (toilet running), and non-pressing (a door is not closing on its own), which is where most things landed and are handled that way.
