I can say that I have NOT received the consistent leads with PPC or SEO efforts on my personal webpage which has been frustrating.

If your leads could potentially come from a Google search, I think paying for Google ads boost your SEO in general searches as well and helps your website get out into the interwebs. 

That is the whole reason why I spend all my time doing SEO.

Third - I can't speak for your design skills - but I could imagine it not coming out as clean as more cookie-cutter site unless you hire someone or spend quite a bit of time/energy on it.Fourth - I've tested my Page Speed against my competitors (big SEO thing).

We drive 80 percent of the traffice there. 10 percent from SEO. 10 Percent form direct linksThat is pretty close to what we are gettingYou will never know it till you do itIn the end, it is not about clicks and visits.
