The trick is scale and automation.

Thank you for getting all my ducks in a row and able to scale my business, being that I do online stuff it can be sometimes high risk and can they hold funding with these guys they came in just the neck of time, and I was able to get scaling funds along with have extra in case I need it... thanks again guys! 

Keep that knife sharp instead and find someone who is good at multi family or large scale operations and park your money there. 

@John Morris it's great that you are thinking ahead and planning how to scale now. 

It also depends how aggressive you're looking to scale and how much time you want to dedicate to real estate.

On a 5 night stay an erroneous complaint can sav us $1500 which is worth it for us, especially at scale.

Slow and steady still wins the race. 1- The reason I am looking more into scaling a real estate portfolio in comparison to my active income right now is because my active income isn't very scalable.

What do you recommend I do to be able to scale more and not have this restriction on capital?  

Not knocking wholesaling…I just think it’s a hit or miss thing and for me and my market I don’t find it reliable enough to scale the way I’d like or worth the additional exposure/risk it brings.Luckily, we have good deals on the mls here.I appreciate the suggestion and I’ll keep watching the deals come through!!
