Me and my partners are likely going to be purchasing our first property before the end of the year, something that has being on the top of my mind is that two years ago I filed a consumer Proposal with tanked my credit score for a reason. when purchasing properties as a syndication, would any potential deals be hindered if one of the partners has a bankruptcy?

However when I saw their drawings and the proposed scope of work the actual cost of the rehab was more like $175,000. 

Without knowing your location, such as your town and neighborhood, my suggestion is to go with the first proposed layout.

If your remodeling draw a floor plan of the existing plan and provide a proposed plan.  

I'd be interested to know if the commitment and policy for the new purchaser will have an exception and affirmative coverage for the USAA mtg so the proposed insured will at least be aware and hopefully understand the very real possibility of a foreclosure action being brought by USAA.
