Every time I have rented an on-site storage unit or garage to a tenant, I have always gotten less than what I could have gotten if I had found an off-site tenant to lease the unit.

It would be interesting to track this property for a few years and see how its performing. 

Have you found that certain styles or materials consistently perform better in your projects?

The idea is a good one, but I don't think the property will cashflow due to being based off a singular nuclear site and workers/engineers from that site.

I'd see how the property performs if you were to move out, does it cash flow then?

Provide direct booking site and mention the resulting savings.

., so if you have a bit of time I would look into Wordpress as a site builder.It is a platform that has a ton of widgets and plugin's for STR.

A detached garage was built off site and delivered and is the only work I didn't do, although I did wire the building and install the garage door.

However, there doesn’t seem to be (in general) a more consistent performer as to appreciation than the SFR.
