I work a 9-5 job which I like doing but would prefer to have that passive income stream.

I am interested in Real Estate Investing as a way to establish solid income streams for myself and give myself independence.

Have you found a steady stream of tenant and cash flow from single family homes here?

Another way would be to create an additional revenue stream within the building, maybe add coin laundry, vending machines, rentable storage units, etc... 

Also, its a great way to pick up discounted properties for your own strategy and you can wholesale everything you dont want and achieve multiple streams of income.
