My understanding is that you can avoid the  10 % excise tax on premature  withdrawals by using this election  .

@Andre Key I agree with @levi Levi T. that that's best way to do it. 

Each of the three investigations were unpleasant, and time consuming - but I didn't receive a a penalty, have charges levied against me, or anything of the sort after the investigations were completed.And yet, when I spoke with Vincent about this, he adamantly told me I was wrong, got personal with me, and became incredibly aggressive and hostile.

I have had one baby for almost 10 years, and only this year did I have a non-routine vet bill (excision of 2 cysts, removal of 1 lipoma, several tooth extractions, laser treatment for arthritis).

Jon,floating homes as you see in Sausalito.. now think were they need to store their stuff.. most all have storage units some where.Mine facility was just off of Marine drive in Portland across the Levi from the river and about 200 floating homes. 95% of my tenants were floating home owners.. 

My first thought is I would want to look at the liquor license/excise tax laws for the location where the rental is listed. 

This board would be responsible for, among other things, dealing with tenant/landlord disputes, determining whether a landlord can recoup any capital improvements through increasing rent, and levying fines against landlords whit the board thinks evicted somebody improperly (even if the courts don't see a problem).
