The current economic constraints are accelerating the growth of peer to peer companies and I don't think it is hard to imagine that companies like Lending Club and Money360 will be among the most important financial services innovations in the near future.

Regarding San Francisco, it's not going anywhere, it's definitely different this time since let's face it - the tech revolution is still only in it's infancy and SF is the Athens of innovation for our time. 

Since pulling the trigger in Nov 15, my husband and I have 2 rental properties, and are on our 4th fix and flip deal.

My property was sold in Nov 2019.

I'm scheduled to visit in nov-dec to look at real estate.

Do you have anything to suggest as innovative marketing ideas?

We purchased the property in Nov of 2016 and distributions begin in October.  

A landlord/manager may use a technology, perform certain processes, or keep preventative maintenance plan that can all be reasons you attract better tenants and keep them.As an active investor and management company in Chicago proper, Dupage, Cook, & Kane County in Illinois we are always looking for innovative ways to be better at what we do and interested in why other people think they are better?
