Locating can be tough, especially if they're homeless, infirm or deceased.Since dead people don't sign documents (except in fraud cases), you've then got to find the heirs, perhaps open a formal probate if the funds are large enough to require (as I've done) and deal with all the moving parts.I've made some serious money with overages however, it's not a reliable income stream and not a primary source.

You may have an argument where the neighbors smoke makes your home less desirable etc. 

The town just doesn't have the political willpower to clean up the city and deal with homelessness, crime, and deteriorating buildings/homes.

Hi Sandra, I think that the CVS is located in a great and busy intersection (it is the perfect spot for homeless ppl asking for donations, though).

Born and raised Houstonian here and UH graduate so I know this area, I would say you are looking into the poorest of the Houston area and that particular area would be full of distressed properties and homeless.

I’m working to raise my score organically of course but that will take months and we are technically homeless.

Most of my tenants here in LA are Section 8 and formerly homeless people and veterans and the only way I'll be able to do this on a long-term basis is to manage my properties without emotion. 

Also, we were homeless at the time and they knew that so we were kind of pushed into a corner of We have to close, even if we did find something, that wasn’t repaired
