I passed my test a few days ago now I'm looking for a place to hang my license.

Make sure your hanging stripes get nailed into studs and not flakeboard!

I have looked at a few duplexes and got a chance to hang out with a client of mine who flips houses and has done buy and hold in the past.

I have not yet chosen a company to hang my RE license with but if there are any agents out there that could recommend the best place to start, please do so!

That, or you are hanging around in the student union area chatting with your peers as to their understandings, just like you, they missed grade school.

I see the meaning in terms of say hiring someone to hang/finish drywall who gets it done faster, better and turns the unit around more quickly vs doing it oneself and not having to pay a contractor, but paying oneself $4.50/hr and having a finished job that looks south of awesome.  

And we should probably hang out sometime again soon :) You guys wanna come over for a BBQ sometime? 

MOST real estate investors and realtors fear the hang up or are not able to locate correct phone numbers for the sellers they are looking for.

Has anyone decided to hang their license with Redfin as an investor and how is this working out for you?  

Anyway, my advice may or not help, but hang in there, you are off to a great start but need to add more knowledge to do a better job.
