I think it would be really cool to own an AirBnB in multiple places that I would like to travel to.

Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth. 

While demand has softened slightly this year, (due to cruising or overseas travel) the travel industry is confident that next year will be particularly strong due to the opening of Universal’s Epic Universe theme park and new Disney attractions.

If you are partnering with them for their cash, then partnering for that purpose is likely more expensive than financing if you actually execute according to your plan.

I suspect we'll get $8-10k of travel a year while putting around $4-5k a month or so on our cards that we pay off each month.  

@Bruce Woodruff I didn't think you were being a PITA but rather some tough love, but I also didn't give the full picture which had people a little confused on what my plans were and how I was going to execute them, I think everyone thought I was going at it alone (finding my own subs, figuring it all out myself etc etc, but I always planned on bringing in an experienced reputable builder to build it, great luxury realtor teams, and generally people who have alot of experience.  

So chill, take a step back, do the math, make a plan and simply execute.
