Are you sticking to direct mail, networking, MLS, or getting creative with off market opportunities?

I would like to connect as I've made the pivot and want to network with individiauls in this space.

Opex has been a huge hit to most property owners in all shapes and forms, myself included, but to know to keep your back wide enough to cover your own you'll be able to navigate these waters just fine.

Thats fine as long as your Debt to Income (DTI) supports it.

The value is in equity right, so does it even make sense to buy one bedroom unit for future investing?

Does anyone know which bank allows you to open a bank account with series llc? 

Bringing uneven cash flows back to present values to cover debt service and ROI can get to be a complicated issue.

We work with a few lenders that can do a 2nd position but only go to 65% ltv.
