Let me describe the pros and cons as I see them (correct me if I am wrong, please).

If I remember correctly, Civic Source is an auction service that operates in the tax lien foreclosure space and they own/bought a title insurer to issue policies on the properties they sell.

We had to request correction of multiple other items that we did not feel were finished with sufficient attention to detail.

NOT just the furnace, correct? 

At the end of the day, if a lender thinks a wave of foreclosures is on the horizon that will decimate real estate values for a period of time, they will not lend.

First it's a very old house (1893) and some of the outlets aren't grounded correctly.
